Coaching...Mentoring...

Two simple yet powerful words that get used, or at times overused, by today’s businesses.  Simply Advanced knows the importance of the coaching and mentoring process and the value they hold within any organization.  We will work directly with your leaders or teams providing systems for meaningful and sincere feedback as well as training on how to coach and mentor, providing structure and sustainability.

Our Philosophy

Simply Advanced subscribes to the “Coaching" Leadership Philosophy where clearly defined roles and responsibilities are set in place for all.   The Coaching Leader will always seek input and suggestions from the team, however the decisions are still made by the leader, but the communication style is truly two-way.

Coaching Leaders are very effective in settings where performance or results need improvement.  They help others to advance their skills; they build the team’s strength by providing ongoing guidance.

A Coaching Leader directs and guides by way of providing encouragement and inspiration to help motivate each person on the team. They create a positive workplace environment; teams know exactly what's expected of them, and they understand the overall strategy of the company.

“A critical piece of coaching is effective listening. I don’t know how you can coach someone if you’re not shutting down the voice and opening up the ears to understand where this person’s coming from.” Mike Hillman, Simply Advanced

Training Programs

No matter which level of leadership, Simply Advanced will tailor coaching and mentoring programs as needed for your facility. The process will involve developing effective communication strategies and achieving accountability for the leader, as well as the team. Participants will learn how to effectively provide feedback and use motivational tools to build high functioning teams.
